All of our mugs are printed in-house. We do not use 3rd party shipping. We are a small home based business and we take care of everything from beginning to end. And with a price of under $20 they make great gifts for family and friends….. but don’t forget about yourself as well!

Customization and Personalization
We are happy to accept personalized or custom orders.
You just need to order the custom listing and tell us what you want in the notes section. If you are unsure if I can do what you are looking for send me a message along with whatever photo/saying you are wanting. Please keep in mind I am a Faith based business and will not put anything inappropriate on a mug. This includes profanity or anything vulgar.
 
All my Coffee Mugs are printed on Ceramic Mugs using a process called Sublimation.
 
What is Sublimation?
Sublimation printing is a popular method for printing high-quality images onto a variety of fabrics and items, like coffee mugs, as the display features no resolution loss when comparing to the original image. With an image as clear as the source, a product made using the sublimation process will sustain its quality throughout the years.
 
How it works;
This typically involves the use of a digital printer to produce images on sublimation transfer paper with sublimation ink. The sublimation paper is then placed into a heat press with the material and exposed to high temperatures. This is when the ink and transfer material turn from solid to gas. Once they are in a gas state, they permeate the fibers of the material.
When the heat is removed from the transfer paper and substrate, the ink that has permeated the fibers solidifies and is locked permanently into place by the transfer material. Not only does the heat release the gas from the sublimation ink, but it opens the pores of the material you are transferring the image to. Once the pressure and heat are released, the sublimation ink returns to its solid state and the fabric pores close, trapping the ink inside.
 
This process is done by hand and once completed the design is permanent and will not fade, chip, scratch, or peel away from the mug like other vinyl or hand painted mugs can. It is microwave and dishwasher (top shelf) safe.
 
Each mug is printed as it's ordered with an expected shipping time of 1-2 business days. Production times may be quicker or slower than listed. If you need the mug sooner than the listed production time, please send me a message and I can let you know if I can get it out quicker.  
 
Shipping Times:
 
Most orders arrive within 7 to 10 days of the order being placed (within United States). This gives us around 3-5 days to get the mug made and ready to ship. Then of course the time in transit till it arrives at your door.
 
Canada, Australia and the UK are also usually 7 to 10 days but can occasionally take longer (depends on the size mug you order and customs).
 
International Orders* are usually made and shipped within a few days, but can take up to 6 weeks to arrive depending where they are going.
 
*We are happy to send our mugs anywhere in the world, we will pack and address accordingly, but we have no control over the shipping / postal delivery services in other countries, and cannot be held at fault if we ship a mug to an obscure part of the world, and it doesn't arrive, or takes longer than expected.

Delivery Guarantee:
 
We pack and ship all our mugs securely to ensure a safe delivery, but if a mug does get broken while in transit, we will always replace it free of charge. Please just send a message and picture of the broken item and we will take care of the rest.
